Malt soaking, water penetration, draining, air ventilate and showering, applicable in many malt soaking method. Then the malt automatically enter into the sprouting period. To confirm the sprouting level, adjust the air temperature, humidity and then turn the malt at the right time. The drying automatically started after sprouting, according to the drying oven procedure, the machine would adopt half-return air method, or totally return air method to lower the energy cost. The whole production is finished automatically. The machine can not only improve the working environment but also simplifies the production control.
