Will Afrizulu search for buyers or sellers for me ?
No. We are unable to carry out searches on behalf of individual users.
We do provide a Trade Lead email alert service that notifies users of newly posted offers matching their specifications. The service is available to registered members only.
How can I become an Afrizulu member?
It is simple and free to join Afrizulu!
1. Visit www.afrizulu.com and click "Join Now" on the right side of the front page
2. Choose your service type and click on continue
3. Complete the registration form and click "Submit"
4. Verify the confirmation link which is sent to the email address you used in the form registration
Can I change my Afrizulu username?
No. However, you cannot change your username.
But you can make a special request via email with at least 5 usernames samples and our support team will do it for you the way you like it.
I know my username and password, but I cannot log in.
Please be sure not to use capital letters in your username or password or input any blank spaces after your username or password.
If you are still experiencing difficulties in logging in, please contact our customer service center.
How can I find my lost password?

3. A password reset link will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.
Do i have the rights to edit/update my information ?
Yes, every member is able and free to edit/update his information with no restricted access as long as he/she is logged in.
What's the difference between Gold membership, Silver and Free membership?
1. Gold mebership is the highest premium service offered on afrizulu . A gold member on Afrizulu accesses all member areas and he/she is give the highest priority.
2. Silver Membership is a premium service on Afrizulu which gives limited access as a Gold member
3. Free Membership is a free service as its name , a free member may have limited or no access to some areas on Afrizulu.
How can i upgrade to a premium member ?
1.Login into your Account
2.Click on "My Afrizulu"
3.Click on "Premium Services"
4.Choose service type and continue with payments
5.Send us a copy of payment reciept to our email, if payment was made by Wire Transfer
How can I advertise on Afrizulu ?
1) Send the following to Here
- Any image files of your products, plus advertisement copy.
- Your preferred Afrizulu Category or Keywords
- The Web address to link to your advertisement
- The duration of advertisement (months)
- Your Afrizulu username (if you have one)
2) We will notify you upon receipt of your ad data and funds, and will display your banner on the Afrizulu website within a few days.

My Account was suspended what next ?
When an account is suspended a reason will be given and displayed, you have to contact Afrizulu customer care via mail, or e-mail to resolve the issue.
I suspect an Afrizulu member is engaged in fraud. What shall I do?
Please inform Afrizulu immediately. Forward any mail you have received from the suspected fraudster to customer service center. We will monitor the member's account on Afrizulu and take appropriate action. If you receive any further suspect correspondence, please forward it to us immediately.

Why are so many of my inquiries returning as failed?
Due to the growing problem of spam on the internet, an increasing number of email providers automatically block mail from widely used webmail services such as hotmail, etc. Some email providers automatically block mail from @afrizulu.com addresses. And if you are recieving our mails in junk/spam simply exclude "@afrizulu.com" from the filter.
Our technical staff is working on a solution to this. In the meantime, you can resend your inquiry to the address on the returned mail using a different email account.

Can i Invite a Friend ?
Yes, you can invite friends to come and join Afrizulu, to invite please login into your Account and click on "Invite Friends".
We have three ways in which you can invite friends.
1). By SMS
You can invite friends from any country , worldwide by sending them a free sms . Friends phone numbers have to be in International format.
e.g if a friend is in uk (+44) with no. 123456789 you have to use 0044123456789
2). By Email
You can also invite friends by using our email inviter. i.e

3). By Social Networks
