It is simple and free to join AfriZulu!

1. Visit www.afrizulu.com and click "Register Now" on the right side of the front page
2. Choose your membership type and click on it
3. Complete the registration form and click "Submit"
How can I search for information on AfriZulu? Top
You can search for information in Trade Leads, Product Catalogs and Company Directories using the following procedure:

For sellers:
1. Enter keywords (product type or brand) in the search box on the AfriZulu.com front page
2. Select "Trade Leads"
3. Click "Search" to view a list of matching trade leads
4. Use "Advanced Search" to narrow the results
5. Then click "Buy" (blue font) to view only buyers' trade leads
6. You can contact traders directly by clicking "Send An Inquiry" on each company's page

For buyers:
1. Enter keywords (product type or brand) in the search box on the AfriZulu.com front page
2. Select "Trade Leads"
3. Click "Search" to view a list of matching trade leads
4. Use "Advanced Search" to narrow the results
5. Then click "Sell" (blue font) to view only sellers' trade leads
6. You can contact traders directly by clicking "Send An Inquiry" on each company's page
Will AfriZulu search for buyers or sellers for me? Top
No. We are unable to carry out searches on behalf of individual users.

We do provide a Trade Lead email alert service that notifies users of newly posted offers matching their specifications. The service is available to registered members only. For further information, please visit http://afrizulu.com/page.php?name=aboutus
Does AfriZulu import, export or otherwise trade? Top
No. AfriZulu operates an online trade site that facilitates global online trade. We do not import, export, or otherwise engage in trade.
How can I post trade leads? Top
1. Log in and click on "My Account"
2. Click on 'Trade Leads' in My AfriZulu
3. Click 'Post'
4. Complete the description and click 'Post'
5. You can re-post your trade leads in 7 days
How can I post a product catalog? Top
1. Log in and click on "My Account"
2. Click on to 'Product Catalogs' in My AfriZulu
3. Click 'Add Item'* if you're a novice. And Click 'Add Group' if you're an experienced user.
4. Input all your product information

* Groups represent multiple items. They are not searchable.
* Items represent individual products. The information inserted in Item fields is searchable when searching product catalogs.
How can I update my company profile? Top
1. Login and click on "My Account"
2. Go to 'Company Profile' or 'Update Member Info' in My AfriZulu page
3. Click 'submit'
How can I advertise on AfriZulu? Top
To feature a banner advertisement on a category or keyword search page on the AfriZulu Website:


1)Send the following to Here

- Any image files of your products, plus advertisement copy.
- Your preferred AfriZulu Category or Keyword
- The Web address to link to your advertisement
- The duration of advertisement (months)
- Your AfriZulu ID (if you have one)

2) We will notify you upon receipt of your ad data and funds, and will display your banner on the AfriZulu website within a few days.

How can I manage my Guest Book or Bulletin Board? Top
1. Log in and click on "My Account"
2. Click on 'Edit Site Style' in My AfriZulu
3. Click 'Manage My Board'. Click 'Viewboard' and 'title' to edit your board
How can I change my homepage design? Top
1. Sign In and click on "My Account"
2. Click "Edit Site Style"
3. Click the Template "Edit" button
4. Click "Change Template" and choose one of 32 templates.
Will you add more product categories in the future? Top
Yes. We appreciate user requests and suggestions for new categories and intend to adopt some of them in the future.
However, the AfriZulu product categories follow format that is standard on trade sites.
Because AfriZulu product categories link to other trade sites, we cannot alter the categories on AfriZulu site alone. Therefore, it may be some time before we are able to add any new categories.
I suspect an AfriZulu member is engaged in fraud. What shall I do? Top
Please inform AfriZulu immediately. Forward any mail you have received from the suspected fraudster to customer service center. We will delete the member's ID from AfriZulu. If you receive any further suspect correspondence, please forward it to us immediately.

Can I change my AfriZulu membership ID? Top
No. However, you can create a new ID by re-registering as a free member.
If you re-register with a new ID, please advise us at customer service center so that we can delete your old one.
I know my ID and password, but I cannot log in. Top
Please be sure not to use capital letters in your ID or password or input any blank spaces after your ID or password.
If you are still experiencing difficulties logging in, please contact customer service center.
How can I change my 'Trade Alert' settings? Top
1. Login and click on "My Account"
2. Click "Trade Alert" in MY AfriZulu
3. Select the categories (up to 10) you are interested in
4. Click "Submit"
Then you will receive information that fits selected categories
I cannot view the 'Trade Alert' delivered to my e-mail. Top
If you receive an error message, the information you are trying to view was deleted by the user or AfriZulu staff.
I get an 'Invalid Number' error when submitting my registration. Top
Please make sure you do not enter any spaces between or after numbers.
Also, ensure that you do not enter any characters other than numbers.
How can I find my password? Top
1. Click 'Login ' and then click on 'Forgot Password' link in AfriZulu login page
2. Input your email address used in AfriZulu registration, then click 'Submit'
3. Your AfriZulu ID and password will be automatically sent to the email address you provided
I cannot add categories to the Buying and Selling Categories fields when submitting my registration. Top
Please take the following steps to add a category.

1. Click the "Add" button in the Selling or Buying Category
2. A pop-up window appears
3. Check up to 5 category boxes and click "Submit"
4. Make sure that you click "Submit" to close the window. If the window remains open, the added categories will not show up on the main screen

But users cannot access AfriZulu services. AfriZulu is supported worldwide contact us if problem seem to be from our side..
Can I send an inquiry if I'm not a member? Top
Yes. Click "Send An Inquiry", then click "Send an inquiry as a non AfriZulu member".
As a member, you can save your inquiries to "Outgoing inquiries" in MyAfriZulu.
I cannot submit an inquiry when clicking 'Send'. Top
Please make sure that you enter English characters only in the inquiry.

If you still cannot send an inquiry please contact us.
Why are so many of my inquiries returning as failed? Top
Due to the growing problem of spam on the internet, an increasing number of email providers automatically block mail from widely used webmail services such as hotmail, etc. Some email providers automatically block mail from @afrizulu addresses. And if you are recieving our mails in junk/spam simply exclude "@afrizulu.com" from the filter.

Our technical staff is working on a solution to this. In the meantime, you can resend your inquiry to the address on the returned mail using a different email account.
